Returns
If you are in any way unhappy with the goods that you have purchased, we will be delighted to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. The product you return must have all labels intact and be unwashed and unworn. There should be no marks on the items or the tags.
Please email us at info@alishae.com and clearly state the reason for returning the item and whether you require a refund or an exchange. Please place item in suitable packaging, making sure the parcel is securely sealed and return to:

When sending your return parcel to Alisha E please ensure that all shipping/mailing costs are prepaid by you. Any customs charges and duties, or other taxes related to any returned item(s), are your responsibility.
For your peace of mind we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We will refund the credit/debit card once we have received the goods, this may take a few days to process. Please note that you will not receive a refund for post and packaging unless the goods have been deemed to be faulty.
Unfortunately Alisha E will not accept responsibility for the loss of packages or products sent back to us by a customer that have been mislabelled or lost
Please note: we are only able to refund the person who paid originally. Therefore, Alisha E will be required to inform the original purchaser. The refund will only be made to the VISA, MASTERCARD, or other credit/debit card which was originally used to pay for the garment(s).
Exchanges
Our exchange period is 14 days from the date you have received your order. You may exchange your order or cancel your order for any item purchased on this website and receive a replacement garment or a full refund (excluding costs in respect of postage and packaging). To do so, you must:
- Advise us by, e-mail or post within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.
- Take reasonable care of the item(s) leaving all labels and tags intact and attached. Garments must be unwashed and unworn. The item(s) should be returned appropriate packaging and securely sealed protect the garment(s).
- If you wish to try the item on, it is required that you wear underwear beneath the Alisha E garment. If Alisha E considers that the item is soiled or damaged if any way, a refund will be denied.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Alisha E does not accept responsibility for the loss of packages sent back to us by a customer, therefore, we encourage you to return garments using recorded delivery. Proof of purchase certificates and recorded delivery receipts need to be retained by the customer.
- If you need to exchange or return an item, please send the garment to Alisha E at the address above.
If the replacement lingerie costs less than the original purchase then we will refund you the difference. However, if the new product costs more than the original purchase then a further payment will be required from you.
Cancellation
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order at any point within 7 working days of from the date you placed the order.
To cancel an order you must email us at info@alishae.com stating your order number and instruction to cancel.
If we have already dispatched your goods then you must return the items without unpacking them as soon as possible to the returns address at your own expense.
Once we have received the goods, or if they were not dispatched and we have received notification to cancel, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, upon receipt of your returned goods.
If you cancel your order and we do not receive the items back from you then we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount which is to be re-credited to you.
Alisha E reserves the right to cancel the contract with our customer's if the goods ordered were incorrectly priced due to information received from our suppliers or any typographical error in the update of the site.
If we cancel the contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible.
